'A Year on and Beyond - Porsche Centre Doncaster'
It’s been twelve months since the Porsche Club Vic first visited Porsche Centre Doncaster and we’re delighted to return.
The format of the evening will follow our programme of socialising over finger food and drinks (beer, wines and soft drink), topical presentations, meeting new members and hearing about competition results, social news and forthcoming events.
Porsche Centre Doncaster will be represented by Dimitri Egonidis, who is the New Car Sales Manager and works closely with General Manager Raymond Smit (who’s lucky enough to be on holidays when we visit). Dimitri will let us know how Porsche Doncaster has grown and settled into the Melbourne market since opening last year. Dimitri also has many years of unique Porsche knowledge and experience through his prior employment with Porsche Cars Australia in the new car field. He will provide us with an insight on the Australian new vehicle volumes and they affect dealers, models and allocation.
‘My CFA – Michael Chapman’
As most members are aware, the PCV has a close association with the CFA and regularly visits country fire brigades for morning tea on our 4-5 club runs each year. The club is proud of this association and being able to offer a donation in return for each particular brigade’s hospitality.
It was over 10 years ago that this association began thanks to Michael Chapman who's a past PCV President and Life Member. Michael has also been involved with the Arthurs Creek CFA for many years and we warmly welcome him back to a Club Night to give us a better understanding of the recent news-making goings on with the CFA.
