After listening to members feedback, PCV has decided to do something that will please a lot of members. Maybe not all members. I would like to invite all women on a “ Porsche Women...Run “. I like the sound of that, and it’s more of a coffee/lunch drive outing with your Porsches of all sorts.
And yes it’s Only for Women members, so guys you will have to wait for the next run.
Ladies this is an opportunity to leave hubby/partners at home for the day while you enjoy a day out with fellow PCV women members. It also opens up new opportunities to meet and greet women members without the men butting in. That's otherwise overlooked when we are on Social/Register events.
What’s organised is along previous similar runs on a more leisurely group drive. On a parade with some wonderful company behind the wheel of their Porsches.
Ladies, I hope this inspires you to be part of what will a great day with your Porsches. And I mean with your favourite Porsches.
Now I don’t wish to spoil the day before it starts by mentioning men, at this time it’s only one, your host and organiser Kon Gogos. Did I forget to mention this at the beginning.
On this drive we start our day at Melissa's Cafe Lower Templestowe for the initial meet and greet. From there we start our casual drive by head along some picturesque roads heading North. Driving through Eltham, Research, Kangaroo Ground, Wattle Glen, and some may remember Hurstbridge. As we continue and at St Andrews we start and make our way back South. Passing Panton Hill another familiar area on our home stretch and to final destination at Warrandyte Stonehouse Cafe. To enjoy a coffee or a snack and a chat.
Hope all Porsche Ladies will be able to make it to what will be a different and memorable day out.
