Mid 911 Register Run to the T’Gallant Winery, Main Ridge.

Sunday, 4 March 2018

All Mid 911 Register Members, PCV Members and potential members are invited to participate in our first register run of 2018 to the T’Gallant Winery on the Mornington Peninsula. Since pioneering Pinot Gris and Pinot Grigio wines in Australia in the 1990s, T’Gallant has continued a tradition of producing fresh, food-friendly Australian wines with lively personalities. Their winemaking is artisan and pure, reflecting the character of the maritime Mornington Peninsula. Wines are inspired by European influences with an Australian twist.

This run is prepared to be friendly to those who prefer a late start! After departing our meeting place at McDonalds in Rowville, we will drive through the Dandenong Ranges via Belgrave South, Emerald, Cockatoo and Gembrook on to Pakenham for a morning tea break.

The second part of the Run will take us through some pleasant Peninsula country roads via Somerville, Moorooduc and Dromana to the T’Gallant Winery. An opportunity is included for a short stop to enjoy the view from the iconic Arthur’s Seat lookout. At the winery we will enjoy a private wine tasting followed by a two course lunch in shared style with a selection of dips and pizzas with salad, followed by a dessert.
