For Sale $159000. 1969 Porsche 911 E, matching number original low mileage car, LHD. Californian car with all the receipts from previous owner when purchased in 2007. Genuine 44,000 miles from new. Turned into a Group S race car in 2014. The matching engine and gearbox were put on the shelf. Removed the original steel bumpers, installed the fiberglass bumpers. Roll cage installed by Brown Davis. All new electrical loom by Prestige Auto Wiring using highest grade components, including stall light, all LED globes (inside and out) and USB points. A 2-speed fresh air blower was also installed. In addition lights in the interior, engine bay and boot were added. The interior was stripped but all parts retained. New Bilstein shockers and the torsion bars upped to the largest available. This provides a firm ride, but mated with relatively moderate sway bars. A front oil cooler was installed to improve engine oil cooling. Perspex windows throughout the car, except for front quarters and windscreen are glass. Wheels are 6-inch steel/alloy rims. Alternatively a set of 6 inch Fuchs are available. Engine is a 2.0 litre 911E motor that is freshly rebuild, with only run-in miles (approx 600 miles), and one race meeting. Motor has S pistons and E cams, with fully rebuilt MFI pump (S spec) and injectors. Car runs SSI's so you have a heater. A 'Cairns' exhaust system is fitted, generates torque and hp over the standard muffler. The 901 gearbox is short ratio (max 205 km/h) with Modena LSD.
