POSTPONED DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS

PCV eSERIES CLUB NIGHT – RSVPs Required - (Coming Soon when new date known)  

Porsche Centre Brighton

Tuesday 15th June from 6.30pm

Porsche Centre Brighton will be the setting for the Porsche Club Victoria’s June Club Night.

With Special Guest Courtney Prince, Porsche Michelin Sprint Challenge Driver.

Attendees will enjoy a brief presentation from Courtney Prince and have the opportunity to experience racing a GT3 Cup Car in a Seat Time - SX02 Motorsport Simulator.  By racing against the clock we’ll find the fastest Club Member of the night and match them up against Courtney for a shoot-out.

While the sim racing is being conducted there will be plenty of time to catch up with friends and fellow club members.

Catering will be substantial cocktail style while enjoying a sumptuous finger food style dinner along with wine, beer and soft drinks.  

Both new and prospective members are always most welcome.

INFORMATION

Time:                6:30pm to 9:00pm approx.

Location:        855 Nepean Hwy, Brighton 3186.

Members:         Entry, food and drinks are complimentary

Guests:            A limited number of member’s guests are allowed. $35 contribution to be paid online when booking.

Dinner:             Substantial cocktail style.

Drinks:              Beer, red and white wines, soft drinks and mineral water available from the bar area at 6.30pm.

RSVPs:            Early RSVPs are essential for catering.

Covid-19 Requirements:

To run an event considering Covid-19 restrictions we need to make changes to our normal practices, and these include, but are not limited to:

Government requirements - Federal, State and Local Public Health Authority guidelines will be followed in the running of this event.

All attendees are required to preregister for the event, and scan in via the Service Victoria QR code on the door.

Entry and Exit to the event will be from Nepean Highway, via the main doors to the showroom.

A list of attendees (who have RSVP’d) will be provided to the venue staff.

Only authorised attendees will be permitted access to the venue

All attendees must demonstrate social distancing requirements and remain 1.5m apart. When using amenities, they must comply with the maximum crowd allowance as displayed.

This event may need to be cancelled if current Covid restrictions remain in place.  Booked attendees will be emailed as soon as possible.
