President's Day - Sandown Experience (End of Year Social Day)

Following the incredible success of last year’s Sandown Experience, we are again combining a Club Social Day with our next Club Sprint Meeting at Sandown Raceway on Sunday 20th November.
Situated at Sandown Raceway (Ladbroke Park), President’s Day - Social Experience includes a Gourmet BBQ, Drinks, and the opportunity to complete a few laps of the magnificent Sandown Race Circuit (speed limited behind a pace car)
We have planned our day around having fun, and joining fellow members who are participating in this, our final Track Day for 2022.
What’s included?
- Porsche Vehicle Display provided by Porsche Centre Melbourne. Porsche Centre Brighton and Porsche Centre Doncaster.
- View Australia’s and possibly the World’s Largest Single Gathering of Porsche Taycan EV Vehicles
- Participate in Supervised Laps of the Sandown Race Circuit (no competition experience or motorsport licence required).
- Enjoy Passenger ‘Hot Laps’ in Club Competition Vehicles (at speed around the famous Sandown Race Circuit). NOTE: Hot lap passengers must be dressed in non-flammable neck to wrist and neck to ankle covering apparel. Also closed shoes.
- Escorted Pit Walks
- Gourmet BBQ Lunch (provided by Fabulous Catering)
- Unlimited Soft Drink Package (as no alcohol allowed during sprint meeting)
- Marquee with tables and seating provided to enhance your viewing experience.
- Music provided during the lunch break
- Beer and Nibbles will be available from 5.00pm during Trophy Presentation at the end of the day……but stay as long as you wish.

Time: 10.00am to 3.00pm (Lunch will be available from 12.30 to 2.30pm)
Location: Sandown Raceway (Ladbroke Park) Located 30km from Melbourne,
Entry & Parking: Enter via the Sandown Raceway Entrance on the Princes Highway, then proceed to the parking area at the rear of the pits via Gate 5E.

Lunch: Substantial BBQ style with Soft drinks, Orange Juice and Sparkling Mineral Water, (no alcohol allowed).
End of Day Presentation: Beer and Nibbles will be provided around 5.00pm at end of day presentations.
Cost: $45 per adult and children over 13 years of age. Children under 13 years of age are free but must be booked in.
RSVPs Required: Book Early as RSVPs are essential for catering - final deadline Tuesday 15 November.
Cancelations: No refund for cancelations after 13th November.
