Welcome to Winton
For a second time in a month. We will only be using the long track and will compromise on the starting time to make it a little easier for those travelling up on the day. Scrutineering at 8:30am, Driver Briefing 9:30am and first session 10:00am. Any vehicles not in the scrutineering line by 9:20am will miss the first session.
Competition Class - Evidence of prior experience or satisfactory completion of a high performance driver-training course is a Club requirement for the timed competition classes. All competitors at Winton will require a dorian transponder to be fitted to their cars for official times to be recorded. Please make sure they are properly fitted and charged. Dorians can be hired for the day, but must be booked at time of entry.
Entrée Class - half price for first time Entree entrants - Entrants in the entrée class get separate sessions of untimed practice. No advanced driver training, fire extinguishers or dorians are required. All you need is a CAMS Level 2S Licence, an approved helmet, suitable clothing (see Supp Regs) and a roadworthy vehicle. If your vehicle has a tow hook in the tool kit, it should be fitted – either front or rear. This is the perfect introduction to track days for new members. Please note Entrée Class numbers are strictly limited.

Meals - Lunch and all day coffee and snacks are available through the Winton Raceway Café.
PCV Marshalling Team - Please contact Robin Humphries via email if you are available to assist with this event or are new and would like to give marshalling a try.
The Track Experience - Limited places are available for a new initiative, the Track Experience. Participants can enjoy 3 hot laps in a Competition Entrant's car as a passenger around the 3.0km Winton Raceway. The Club has been taking passengers around the track at our very popular President's Day for many years, but this is a new initiative for a Passenger experience during a sprint event.
If you know a member who is already an entrant, then you can arrange with them to be their passenger, otherwise the Club will organise a ride for you. We anticipate the same format as President's Day, that is warm up plus 3 hot laps plus cool down.
