The Last Blast Run to Eildon Boat Club

Our last club run for 2019 takes us through North Eastern Victorian countryside to beautiful Lake Eildon National Park, where, following a country style morning tea stop at Yea CFA, we will be hosted by the Eildon Boat Club.

The Eildon Boat Club is the largest inland boating club in Australia, and operates on Lake Eildon, a man-made lake with a shoreline of 530km, almost twice the size of Port Phillip Bay.  The route will take us across the dam wall where we can stop for photos.

We will be eating in the Club’s well appointed and comfortable Clubhouse Restaurant whilst taking in of Anderson Harbour from the balcony. On arrival you will enjoy a welcome drink (1 per person – including Sparkling wine and Tap Beer), followed by a two course lunch of alternatively served Chicken Maryland or Beef Angus Sirloin with two delicious desserts to follow.  Please advise any special dietary needs when booking.

Meeting Time: 9.00am for 9.15am Briefing then departure.

Meeting Location:  Porsche Centre Melbourne, 109 - 111 Victoria Parade, Collingwood

McDonald’s – Corner Smith Street & Victoria Parade, Collingwood (same side as PCM)

Grocery Bar Café – Tribeca Complex, 5/412-442 Victoria Parade East Melbourne (across the road from PCM).

Morning Tea:  Yea CFA - Pechell Street, Yea

Lunch:   Eildon Boat Club, Lake Eildon, served at approximately 1pm.

Cost:  $77 per person.  Includes morning tea, welcome drink at lunch, a two course lunch and tea and coffee. Additional drinks to own account.

This event is being run under the auspices of the Porsche Club Victoria. It is expected that drivers will adhere to all road rules including speed limits and blood alcohol limits, and at all times drive in a safe manner.
