Mid 911 Register Run to Hogans Hotel, Wallan
All Mid 911 Register Members, PCV Members and potential members are invited to participate in our third Mid 911 Run of the year to Hogan’s Hotel at Wallan
After departing our meeting place at Roxburgh Park, we will drive west through Bulla, Wildwood, Konagadeera and then north to Kilmore for a morning tea break.
The second part of the Run will take us east and south through some pleasant country roads around Broadford, Strath Creek, Flowerdale, and then Wallan where we will enjoy our lunch in a glass enclosed function room
Lunch will consist of Soup of the day, your choice of the three mains and sauces and sides from the following menu, and then an alternate drop of homemade cake with cream and icecream.
A tea and coffee station is included in the cost, but brewed coffee will be available for purchase at the bar.
When registering, please choose your main course and sides for you and your partner including sauces if selecting steak.

Cost: $47 which includes a three course lunch, and tea or coffee, and the chance of winning a bottle of wine in the members raffle.

Meeting Time: 9:30am. for a 10.00 am departure.
Morning Tea: At own expense. Fergusson Plarre Bakehouse, 34 Melbourne St. Kilmore.

NOTICE TO PARTICIPANTS.
This event is being run under the auspices of the Porsche Club Victoria. It is expected that drivers will adhere to all road rules, and will drive in a safe and courteous manner at all times.
Main Course Menu.
Wagyu Rump Steak 300gms., MBS 4+ (cooked medium) MBS = Marble score of Wagyu beef, grading the amount of fat marbling up to a possible +9.
with choice of Mushroom, Bearnaise, Garlic Butter (gf) or Pepper sauce.

Grilled Atlantic Salmon with spring onion mashed potato & tomato olive confit.

Roasted Pumpkin & Sweet Potato Risotto With olive oil & shaved parmesan. GF.
(Both the steak and the fish can be cooked gluten free if required.
