Spring Carnival Champagne Luncheon
Come join your fellow members in celebrating the Melbourne Spring Carnival at Porsche Centre Brighton, Sunday 30 October 2022.
Come dressed to impress with chic simplicity or display your flamboyance. Whether you chose the classic hats, bow ties or grab some groovy garb, this is a gala event, where you need to be the butterfly not the moth.
As you mingle and socialise with friends and acquaintances champagne and canapés will be served, whilst you are mesmerised by the vocals of Siena Fodera (Click Here for a sample) After which a memorable seated lunch will be served, comprising a choice from three main courses and desert treats arrayed on a sumptuous grazing table.
For the ultimate party vibe, continuous French champagne will generously flow throughout the luncheon and include a flamboyant demonstration of “sabrage"!
To enhance the atmosphere, there will be a vocal interlude between main course and dessert, prizes for the best dressed couple, surprise gifts and the drawing of numbers to enter the Cup Sweep. Good Luck!

- 4 Point rack of lamb with a sweet potato mash, zucchini batons, dutch carrots, snow peas & rosemary jus (GF)
- Atlantic Salmon with a truffle mash & baby zucchini / snow pea & lemon, tarragon & garlic sauce (GF)
- Chicken Breast wrapped in Prosciutto stuffed with feta & spinach, parmesan mash, asparagus & baby herbs (GF)
