From the Marlay Park Picnic Organisers: "Just a short note to thank you and your members for your support of our "Picnic" last Wednesday. This was all the more notable for the fact that you then had to travel to another function not of your own making that made it necessary for you to leave early. Given the change of date we were very pleased with the outcome, and thanks to you and the team of volunteers, we raised almost €8,000 for LauraLynn – Ireland’s Children’s Hospice."
