In our 22nd year Porsche Club Ireland will return to the beautiful Radisson St Helens in Stillorgan to host our Annual BBQ and Concours Competitions.

Our BBQ is one of the most popular events on the calendar and as always your committee will ensure that there’ll be plenty of activities planned for throughout the day.  Have a look at last years event here.

As is the tradition, the club will have a prize draw for a local charity and prizes are donated by PCI members and sponsors.

Our guest speaker for the afternoon talk is Mr. Paul Stephens who has taken time out of his schedule to fly
over from the UK and be with us for the day.

Note: Please do contact us if you would like to donate a prize for the raffle as they would all be greatly appreciated. 

Timings - are approximate, may change slightly on the day
11.30 - Gates open for the early arrivals
11.30 - Car washing facilities available
11.45 - Concours de Elegance entrants’ cars in place
13.00 - Street Concours entrants’ cars in place
14.00 - Official event kick off, but please feel free to arrive earlier.
18.00 - Dinner served
18.30 - Concours competitions’ Prize Giving

PCI Teens (12-18):  €25

Non-members: €45

Children (under 12): No charge as will be paid by the Club

CONCOURS COMPETITIONS

The two Concours competitions are available to members by pre-booking only.

Concours de Elegance

This category is for the highest level preparation of car for the competition. If you plan on entering please let us know soonest and if your car is accepted you’ll be notified and allocated an entry number. Due to time constraints for judging we have just 8 spaces available.  If you’re allocated a number you need to have your car in place no later than 11.30. 


Street Concours

These are everyday use cars and applications are sought for this category which isn’t judged as critically as the Concours d‘Elegance category.There are 10 places in this competition and again, let us know if you want to enter and we’ll allocate you a place. You need to have your car in place by 12pm.

Judging forms are available online and cars more than 2 years old will have an additional marking category for both mileage and age. 

The winner of the Concours d’Elegance will have their car's photo printed on each 2020 Porsche Club Ireland Membership cards!

Additional Judging
People’s Choice

There will be a special award for the car chosen by visitors to the BBQ

Note: Please bring your membership card on the day or if you need to join or renew your membership you can do so at the sign in desk. Member only entry to Concours competitions and membership ensures many discounts and other benefits, so if you need to join or renew we can handle that on the day for you.
