PCI & PCGB R27 Kirkistown Track day / Weekend Itinerary
Friday 20th & Saturday 21st August 2010
We are delighted to be sharing this weekend trip & track day with our friends from Porsche Club GB Region 27.
We do hope that you will join us for some or all of the weekend in Northern Ireland and as a taster of what’s to come we’ve drafted this itinerary.

As usual PCI on-track guidelines will apply, (as used in Mondello), a copy of which will be circulated.
Those not wishing to track their car will have the option to take in a local drive on the Saturday afternoon.
We hope that it will be an enjoyable trip for all and look forward to seeing you there.
We will dine in Paul Rankin’s Cayenne restaurant on Saturday night.

6.30 Depart City North Hotel Meath - 138km 1hr45mins
8.15 Arrive Park Inn Hotel Belfast – dinner at leisure.
Saturday
Those travelling on Saturday might like to meet & travel together.
For those who are already in Belfast:
8.45 Depart our Hotel - 40KM, 45mins
9.30 Arrive Kirkistown.
10.00 Track day commences
2.00 for those not interested in doing the Track day a local drive will be a drive around Strangford departing from the track at 2pm sharp, this will return to the track at no later than 5pm.
5.00 Return to our hotel in Belfast, those arriving on Saturday check-in.
6.00 – 7.00 at leisure
7.15 Walk to the Crown Pub one of the oldest and most loved landmarks in Belfast.
8.45 Walk to Cayenne restaurant for group dinner – cost £26.50

An on site facility will be made available on the day with an all day tea/coffee & biscuits, breakfast & lunch at an all inclusive price of £15 or £20 per person.
Those travelling up on the Saturday arrive at your leisure.
We anticipate the track to cost no more than €70 for PCI members, €100 for non-members & second drivers will be charged €50. This is for a full day from 10am to 5pm. Please pay your Porsche Club Ireland representative at the sign on desk by euro cash or cheque.
Those planning to be in Belfast on Friday night should meet at 6pm (for a 6.30pm departure) in the Car Park of the City North Hotel J7 off the M1 (about 20mins north of Dublin Airport).
We are holding an allocation of rooms in the newly opened Park Inn Belfast for both Friday & Saturday nights in the name of Porsche Club. We have been offered the special rate of £63.00 per room per night. Rates are inclusive of full buffet breakfast.
Above rate is applicable to single, twin & double rooms. Family rooms are available at a supplement of £30.00.
Our guest is local motorbike racer William Dunlop who will all know through the name but who is a future champion in his own rite. William is looking forward to getting out in a few Porsches and will give us a quick glimpse of his expertise during a short 15 minute slot.

The Underground secure car parking is being made available For PCI members at a special overnight discounted price of £5.00 per car per night.
R27’s chosen Charity
PCGB R27 would like to offer support to their main charity CCFNI who provide a fantastic facility for children suffering from or recovering from cancer. Donations on the day can be made to Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children.
Dining
PCI has been offered a discount of 25% off food that dine in the RBG restaurant. RBG
(Red Bar Grill) is opened from 7am to 10pm daily, the bar then remains opened until 1am..
